The tractor-trailer, driven by a New Jersey man, was making a left turn from Access Road onto Sperry Avenue when Tweedie struck its side, police said. The tractor-trailer was on its way to a business to deliver machine parts, police said.

The truck's operator remained on scene after the accident and was not injured. No one has been charged, police Capt.
