Durant, IA - An Illinois teenager, 13 years old, has died in a car accident on Interstate 80 in eastern Iowa.
The Iowa State Patrol says 13-year-old Benjamin Newsome, of Palos Heights, died in the crash today.
According to officials, Deborah Newsome, 45-year-old, was driving the sport utility vehicle, lost control of the car and rolled several times.
Deborah Newsome and 17-year-old Tyler Newsome were hospitalized at the University of Iowa hospitals in Iowa City.
