Generally, "slips and falls" (also called "trips and falls" or "slips, trips, and falls") would describe injuries occurring on someone else’s property as a result of a dangerous condition on that property--for instance, slipping and injuring yourself on food spilled on a restaurant floor. These kinds of accidents can occur on any property, whether public or private, such as parks, apartment-building common areas, private homes, or your office.
A blow or jolt to the head can result in a traumatic brain injury (TBI), which can disrupt the function of the brain. Concussions, also called "closed head injuries," are a type of TBI
